二、 普通进修生如计划下学期转院系学习，即日起可开始申请 申请办法：下载填写《普通进修生转系申请表》，发回联系邮箱 申请截止时间：2025年5月8日23:59 
三、 延长转系批准结果将于6月上旬通知 
四、 请将申请表发至联系邮箱：CTC@pku.edu.cn 
五、 邮件主题：【学号+延长/转系】 请严格按照要求，否则将不予审核。
六、请同学在申请截止前提交，否则将不予审核。

II. General visiting students who intend to change study department may start to apply from today. To apply: Download the transfer application form, complete the form and send back to the contact email. Email theme: Extension/Departmental Transfer+Studnet ID number Deadline: 23:59 on May 8, 2025.
III. The results of the extension and transfer applications will be notified in the early June.
IV. Please send the application form to the contact email address: CTC@pku.edu.cn.
V. Email subject: [Student ID + Extension/Transfer]. Please strictly follow the requirements; otherwise, the application will not be reviewed.
VI. Students are requested to submit the application before the deadline; otherwise, it will not be reviewed.
