Dear Students, 

Welcome to Peking University for the 2025 Chinese Language Summer School! Below is essential information regarding accommodation for this year’s program (Hereinafter referred to as “PKUCLSS”). 

A. University Dormitories 
A limited number of dormitory rooms are available for reservation at Zhongguanyuan Global Village (Address: No. 126, Zhongguancun North Street, Haidian District, Beijing. About a 10-minute walk to the main campus) and Wanliu Campus Student Apartments (Address: No. 29 Wanliu Middle Road, Haidian District, Beijing. Approximately 4.2 kilometers from the main campus). Details are as follows: 
1. Reservation Website: Please log in to www.studyatpku.com and follow the dormitory reservation procedures. Room availability is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 
2. Reservation Start Time (Beijing Time): March 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM. 
3. Reservation Process: 
• Students can browse room types, prices, and availability online. 
• Based on their program duration, students select a suitable room type and submit a reservation request with personal details during the booking period. 
• Reservations will be processed and reviewed by PKUCLSS. Once the system status shows “Confirmed”, the booking is finalized. Applications that do not match the student’s program duration or multiple identical/different reservations will be automatically canceled. 

B. Important Notes 
1. Rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until fully booked. 
2. Each student may only apply for accommodation that matches their enrolled program. Applications for other program periods will be deemed invalid. 
3. Applications will be reviewed in order of submission, and a confirmation email will be sent upon approval. 
4. School shuttle bus services will not be available during the summer.

2025年北京大学汉语暑期学校住宿信息

亲爱的同学们，
欢迎大家来到北京大学参加2025年汉语暑期学校！本次北京大学汉语暑期学校项目（以下简称“汉暑项目”）关于住宿的相关信息如下。
一、 学校宿舍
本次汉暑项目开放少量北京大学中关新园留学生公寓（北京市海淀区中关村北大街126号，距离燕园主校园步行约10分钟）和北京大学万柳学区学生宿舍（北京市海淀区万柳中路29号，距离燕园主校园约4.2公里）可供预订，具体信息如下：
1. 预定网址：登录www.studyatpku.com，并按照宿舍预订流程进行操作。房间预定量有限，额满为止。
2. 预订开始时间（北京时间）：2025年3月21日上午10:00 。
3. 预定流程：
• 学生在线浏览房型、房价以及剩余房间数量等相关信息。
• 学生根据个人所在项目时段等信息，选中所需房型后，在预订系统开放时间内提交包含个人信息的预订申请。
• 学生等待工作人员的审核处理，当系统中显示“状态：已确认”后，完成最终预订。未按个人所在项目时段提交的或重复提交多条相同/不同的预订申请将被自动取消申请资格。
二、 注意事项
1. 房间数量有限，本着“先到先得”的原则申请，额满为止。
2. 每人仅可提交符合本人所参加项目的住宿申请，申请其他项目时段住宿视为无效申请。
3. 住宿申请审核将按提交时间排序审核，审核通过将发送确认邮件。
4. 暑假期间校车暂不提供服务。
